How will I receive my tracking?

Once you place an order with us and that order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping takes 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on the shipping option you choose at the time of your purchase. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Kindly note that we only offer free domestic shipping for orders above $150.

Do you ship internationally?

As of now, DearHarlow only ships domestic. We plan to ship internationally in near future.

Can I change my address after receiving confirmation of shipping? (ORDER STATUS)

An order cannot be modified or canceled once in processing status in our facility. Please contact our customer service team at dearharlow.co@gmail.com immediately to try and stop / cancel any order as soon as possible and we will do our absolute best to make the modification if the order is still in a non-processed status. We are here to support you however we can but we are a fast-moving small business trying to pack and ship as quickly as we can for everyone so please note not all orders can be stopped. 

What if I have a lost or stolen package?

DearHarlow is not responsible of lost or stolen items. Please be sure to ship to a secure your address. Contact your carrier for further help.

DearHarlow is not responsible for package deliveries affected by an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes, customs, or transfers from our U.S. carrier to the local carrier in the destination country. We cannot guarantee address update requests made to orders processing and will not be responsible for packages shipped per the order address but under request to edit from the receiver.

All sale items are final sale, and are not eligible for our exchange and return policy.
