Be assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times. Kindly reminder, there will be free shipping on orders $100 or more.
Returns
If you are not happy with your purchase please email us to initiate your return. Please let us know which item(s) you are planning to return and we will email you the cost of the return label which is deductible from your store credit or refund. You can return an item within 14 days of delivery for a refund.
Any product returned must be in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. WASHED, USED or FINAL SALE items are NOT eligible for a return or exchange. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping. If your order drops below the Free Shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund in addition to the cost of return label.

1. PROCESSING TIME
Provided the products you purchased are in stock, orders received Monday through Friday, are generally processed within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will begin processing the following business day. Once an order is processed, the shipping method you chose will determine when you receive your order. Shipping times are approximate and should be calculated from the time you receive shipment notification and not from the time you place your order.
2. SHIPPING
All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Kindly note that we only offer free shipping for orders above $100.
3. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the customers to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. Under our terms & conditions, once an order has been sent out from our warehouse, any changes to the order cannot be made and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
4. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you so choose to remove Route and your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unwashed/unworn items within 14 days of purchase using the link below.
- Merchandise must be in unworn, unwashed condition with original tags attached.
- All return and exchange shipping and handling costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please allow 5-7 days for our fulfillment center to process each return / exchange. You will receive a confirmation email once the return is processed and the refund is issued.
- Please keep your tracking information until you've received your refund/shop credit. In case of a lost package, we will ask for proof of shipment to verify the items were shipped back to us.
- All sale items are final sale. Any item marked as final sale including items purchased on sale are non refundable.
If you wish to exchange your item for another size/color, you must return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via an E-Gift card or a refund to your payment method. You may place a new order for the desired size/color using your gift card or preferred payment method.
6. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, TAXES
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
